Product Description

 It is our newly-developed generation special equipment. It is specifically designed for slitting and rewinding facsimile paper and cashier paper on the basis of our 20-year production experiences. The machine integrates electro-mechanic system technologies. It is of reasonable construction and beautiful outlook. The whole machine adopted a frequency adjustable motor. So its speed can be adjusted progressively.

It is applied to split cash paper roll,lax paper,copy paper,medical electrocardiogram copy paper,recording paper,ATM receipt and so on.

 
Features:
1.It is automatically stick paper to core with length counting and frenquency adjustment.
2.It is equipped with PLC touch screen operational.
3. The unwinding device is Hydraulic automatic feeding with long life time and bigger bearing. auto meter counting,meter presetting,auto stoping function. Web guiding system is optional.
4.The rewinding unit is three-roller holding surface central coiling system, with a pneumatic controller.
5.It is equipped with a pneumatic paper inserter. So the slitting paper and the paper pipe are unnecessarily stuck.
6.The slitter adopts spherical blades. The down spherical blade shaft is a combination of the bottom blade and blade pad(it is combined according to the slitting width specification). The position of the upper spherical blade can be adjusted according to the edge position of the down spherical blade. It is unnecessary for the user to take it down.
7.The whole machine adopted a frequency adjustable motor. So its speed can be adjusted progressively. The maximum slitting and re-reeling speed is 150m/min.
8.The reeling and unreeling systems adopt digital tension taper controller and precision drive technology. It adopts digital tension automatic controller.
9.It can be equipped with an additional color marking device and dual-layer slitting-reeling system.
10.The parameter setting, running and control can be operated on a man-machine interface.
 
It features tight reeling, uniformed tightness of the finished product inside and outside, smooth ends, convenient operation, high slitting speed and large applicable scope. It can meet the requirements for slitting re-reeling facsimile paper and cashier paper(single layer or double layer).
