SJDSP plastic Sheet Extruder is designed and manufactured by absorbing domestic and international advanced technology. It is applicable in producing various kinds of plastic sheets of PP, PE and PS which are used for making drinking cups, ice-cream cups, jelly cups and other packaging vessel as well. This machine is charaterized by following features: This machine set is the combination of such main parts as extruder, calender, winder, and electric control console. The screw and the cylinder are made of high quality alloy steel (38CrMoAlA)with optimum hardness, strong corrosion resistance and long service lifetime after nitrogen treatment. The flow channel in die head is of coat-hanger design and it ensures the even thickness and the smooth surface of the sheets. The circular wate inside the calender brings perfect cooling Effect, mesh changer and the cylinder are separately controlled.
