| Our cutter adopts hob design.By this kind of design,The wear between cutters is greatly reduced,and lower noise.In real production,our cutter could produce 5-10 millions of wet wipes before replacement. Normal Collision Type cutter,because of unreasonable design,the collision pressure is high between cutters,so cause the higher noise,shorter using life.It needs to change the cutter and bearing more often. Normally,it can only produce less than 1 million of wet wipes for one set of new cutter.As the replacement of cutter and bearing is a complex work,it will make great effect on the stable production. |
(2)Forming Tunnel
| It can be fit to different rewind film sizes by tool-free adjustment.Help user to save time as most as possible when switch packing dimension. Other machines can not be adjustable to fit with different sizes. |
