Product Description

SJDLY series plastic Sheet Extruder is designed and manufactured by absorbing domestic and international advanced technology. It is applicable in producing various kinds of plastic sheets of PP, PE and PS. This machine set is the combination of such main parts as extruder, calender, winder, and electric control console. The screw and the cylinder are made of high quality alloy steel (38CrMoAlA)with optimum hardness, strong corrosion resistance and long service lifetime after nitrogen treatment. The flow channel in die head is of coat-hanger design and it ensures the even thickness and the smooth surface of the sheets. The circular wate inside the calender brings perfect cooling effect...JDLYSP Plastic sheet extruder is one of the main products of our company, it has passed the CE certification.
