This machine adopts microcomputer automatic control tension, meter, LPC, etc, with photocell tracking, automatic correction, speed control, automatic meter function.

The basic structure and working principle:
1.  original reel material, setting unwinding and rewinding tension ,adjust unwinder and rewinder are parallel, according drawing  1  to adjust  wheel "B" , otherwise  will be  produce chuo lines when machine running.
2. LPC control by the photocell(futai), controller and motor composition, it   could be tracking  line or edge.
3.  main roller running speed by panasonic frequency inventer motor control, according to work requires to adjust positioning, the speed meter to indicate speed.
4. tension control

1. unwinding  tension control by microcomputer, magnetic powder brake composition, by adjusting the sensing roller on both ends of the screw, make both ends consistent pressure, and setting preset tension.
2. rewinding  tension control by the air shaft and the magnetic powder clutch to control. Tension by adjusting magnetic powder clutch current control the  rewinding tension.
3. (1) adjust flat knife cutting size (according  flat knife  ruler )put  down flat cutter for cutting , the lat knife f used in PE, PP, OPP plastic film. Circular knife is applicable to paper, aluminum foil more  hard material. (need circular knife , customer need order again)
4. If the original material roll error too big, its better use slitting  machine rewinding again after slitter. if encounter  joint or break line, correction controller will appear out of control state, at this time, should reduce speed, to adjust again.
